Q1:Are you facotry or trading company?
A: We’re a reliable factory which has 20 years experiences in manufacturing slate tableware ,slate and wood tableware, marble tableware.
Q2:Do you provide customization service?
A: Yes, we are able to customize the size of products and packaging upon your request.
Q3:How long can I expect to get the sample,lead time?
A:The samples will be ready for delivery in 3~5days and will be sent via express and arrive in 5~7 days . Lead time are 60days after order confirmation.
Q4: Where is your loading port?
A: Generally Jiujiang, Jiangxi Port for FCL & Ningbo, China Port for LCL.
Q5: What about your payment term?
A: T//T 30% deposit and balance payment upon copy of B/L. L/C at sight also available.
Q6: Can we inprint our LOGO on products?
A: Laser engraving Logo is available.
Q7: how can we guarantee quality?
A: Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment.
